Dope Dyed Colored Staples:
The manufacture of PET colored staple adopted the (DOPE DYED) process.
Preserved anti-static electricity and softness. It is easier to process opening, carding and needle-punched processing.
The color fastness to daylight is over gray scale 4, and the fastness to washing and crocking are much stronger than that of post-dyed color staple.
No dyeing water pollution problem.
